Crossing the Line by Meghan Rogers is a YA spy thriller that kills. Imagine James Bond as a teenage girl, and go from there. Jocelyn Steely is a trained assassin and North Korea’s top agent. But she has other plans for her life–ones that include turning herself over to the United States and becoming a double agent. Can she be trusted?
I loved this book so much! I wish it was April 2016 already, when Crossing the Line hits stores. I’ll save my full review until then.
But I will say this, in Crossing the Line Meghan Rogers creates a teen heroine who puts her integrity first, beyond all of the men, boys and institutions that want to control her. Jocelyn Steely is a powerful role model for YA readers of all genders to look up to.
